Bell Partners, a North Carolina-based national multifamily investment firm that was recently acquired by Sun Life Financial and paired with BGO, its global asset management firm, as its U.S. multifamily investment platform, added a pair of apartment properties in separate transactions totaling nearly 400 units, one in the San Francisco Bay Area and one in the Greater Boston area.
