Allied London buys Astley & Byrom House in Manchester

Allied London has exchanged contracts to buy Astley & Byrom House, opposite the developer’s No.1 Spinningfields scheme in Manchester, for an undisclosed sum.

The two 1960s office blocks, located on Quay Street in the St John’s Quarter commercial district, were acquired from CBRE Global Investors on behalf of its client, the West Midlands Pension Fund.
