The Collective gains Stratford co-living tower consent

Co-living property start-up The Collective has gained consent from the London Legacy Development Corporation for its next co-living scheme in London, in Stratford.

Designed by PLP Architecture, the 250-room, 19-storey development in Stratford will open in late 2018/early 2019 and marks the latest addition to a growing portfolio that includes The Collective Old Oak, the "world’s largest co-living scheme and now fully let", which launched to the public in May last year. A third site has been acquired in Canary Wharf.
