KFIM lands Apple for St Albans offices

Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) has signed US technology giant Apple for around 22,500 sq ft of offices in St Albans at what is thought to be a record rent for the historic Hertfordshire city, CoStar News understands.

KFIM has recently secured a letting at its 4 Victoria Square offices to an undisclosed tenant at around £32.50 per sq ft, a record rent for St Albans, which is traditionally characterised by strong demand for offices and limited supply.
