Wirefox buys Edinburgh Scots govt HQ

Property investment and development firm Wirefox has extended its Scottish portfolio with the acquisition of Silvan House, a prime office building let to the Scottish government in Edinburgh, from Kames Capital, CoStar News can reveal.

The Holywood-based firm has made an £18m investment in Silvan House, which comprises around 90,000 sq ft of offices leased to the Scottish Government department including the Forestry Commission, DWP and Scottish Natural Heritage.
