Columbia Threadneedle splashes £20m on Solihull office

Columbia Threadneedle has acquired Lansdowne Gate in Solihull from British Airways Pension Trustees for close to £20m, CoStar News can reveal.

The deal represents a net initial yield of circa 6.25% for the 61,000 sq ft office building.
