Mustard Wharf is located in between Holbeck Conservation area and the south bank of the River Aire, three minutes from Leeds train station. The scheme is surrounded by a number of public open spaces including a Canal Basin, home to an array of bars and restaurants; and the Round Foundry, providing areas of small public squares in between the existing mill and industrial warehouse-style buildings.
