Manchester's landmark CIS Tower sells to Castlebrooke

Manchester’s iconic CIS Tower, the former headquarters of the Co-operative Group and once the UK’s tallest building, is being sold to Castlebrooke Investments, for around £66m, CoStar News can reveal.

The private UK-based property company is tying up a deal to buy the tower, which sites within Manchester’s NOMA estate, from joint venture partners Hermes and the Co-op for around £66m.
