Easterly Government Properties has expanded its U.S. government-leased commercial property portfolio with the purchase of an FBI field office at 200 N. Royal St. in Mobile, Alabama. The real estate investment trust now owns 11 of 56 FBI field offices and is the single largest private owner of FBI field offices in the United States.
