Plans for Nine Elms Booker Wholesale site given the go-ahead

Plans to redevelop the Booker Wholesale warehouse in Nine Elms into a residential-led scheme have been given the green light by the Mayor of London, following a unanimous approval by Wandsworth Planning Committee.

DTZ Investors is behind the scheme, which will see both the Booker Cash and Carry site and the BMW Garage at 41- 49 and 49 -59 Battersea Park Road demolished and replaced with 307 new homes across a five buildings ranging from five to 18 storeys.
