JP Morgan set to splash on Leeds gem

A fund managed by JP Morgan is set to acquire Toronto Square in Leeds from M&G Real Estate for just shy of the marketing price of £27m, in what is one of the largest office sales in the city in the past two years, CoStar News can reveal.

JP Morgan, advised by Savills, is understood to be on the verge of completing the deal for the 90,000 sq ft office block, which is located in the heart of Leeds’ professional core, according to market sources.
