UBS Triton makes first foray into London student housing market

UBS Asset Management has bought a 184-bedroom student development in Fulham, West London, for £31.5m from Imperial College London.

Orient House, which was acquired by the UBS Triton Property Fund, previously changed hands in 2012 and formed part of Imperial's GradPad portfolio, catering exclusively to London postgraduate students.
