A healthcare consulting business owner based in Orange County, California, has acquired two industrial warehouses along Calle Amanecer in San Clemente for $14.16 million from two separate sellers less than a year apart. First, the buyer acquired 961 Calle Amanecer for $7.68 million, or about $385 per square foot. In the second transaction, the company bought 971 Calle Amanecer for $6.48 million, or about $355 per square foot.
