Though the apartment market in Raleigh, North Carolina, outperformed initial expectations throughout the summer, demand began to cool in the fall, leading to a slow start for the fourth quarter. Although apartment completions have also slowed in recent months, landlords are still contending with the onslaught of new supply that delivered in the third quarter.
