A New York-based real estate investment trust is paying 468 million U.S. dollars in a sale-leaseback deal with Apotex, the pharmaceutical company founded by the late Canadian billionaire Barry Sherman who was found dead at his Toronto home in 2017 in an unsolved homicide.
