DB makes trio of appointments

DB Symmetry, the specialist industrial logistics developer, has appointed a new finance director and two new development directors who will be responsible for the continuing expansion of the company’s prime portfolio of assets.

Andy Pinto joins from Urban & Civic plc to provide strategic financial leadership, Jonathan Wallis joins from Miller Developments and Harry Sadleir was recruited from LxB Retail Properties Plc, the AIM listed Real Estate Investment Company specialising in out-of-town retail. Jonathan was responsible for developing over 3million sq. ft. of manufacturing and logistics space at Omega in Warrington, as well as HSBCs new retail banking HQ at Arena Central in Birmingham. Harry was employed across projects including the new Sainsbury’s and M&S at Charlton. Both have over 25 years of experience in commercial property and bring significant development expertise to DB Symmetry.
