Slough shopping centres sold to Abu Dhabi Investment Authority

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority has acquired Queensmere and Observatory shopping centres in Slough for £130m, reflecting a 5% yield.

The two neighbouring centres, which together span 660,000 sq ft, were sold by Criterion Capital. They last changed hands in 2006 when Criterion acquired them from British Land,
