Marks & Spencer's Nottingham flagship prepped for £22m sale

Marks & Spencer’s flagship store in Nottingham has been put up for sale by Henderson Global Investors for £22.13m, reflecting a net initial yield of 5.5%.

Agents at CBRE have been instructed to bring the 125,145 sq ft store at 1 Albert Street to market, three years after Henderson bought the property for £21m with a yield of 5.85%.
