Not to be outdone by San Diego’s core tech office submarkets to the north, in particular Sorrento Mesa and University Town Center, Kearny Mesa recorded the largest single-asset office sale in San Diego in 2019. Those other submarkets have boasted most of the region’s biggest deals of the year, pushing volume to a pace ahead of the all-time high.
