Orchard Street Investment Management, a specialist commercial property investment manager, has completed two lettings over six floors at its Bauhaus office in Manchester city centre.
Connex One, a software as a service customer engagement specialist, will occupy 17,837 square feet over three upper floors on a five-year lease. The new office space will be fully fitted and furnished, with a phased occupation from November.
