Boston Properties' decision to convert one of the two office buildings in Waltham, Massachusetts it acquired in 2019 into life science space is paying off in a big way. The Boston-based real estate investment trust announced that three tenants had committed to lease 166,000 square feet in the converted building, bringing it to 70 preleased well before its expected completion in the second half of 2022.
