Adam Neumann’s departure as WeWork’s chief executive is the strongest signal yet that the shared-office provider acknowledges its need to move beyond its charismatic cofounder's promise of delivering "the energy of we" if the company is to survive the rigors of results-driven Wall Street. But analysts say the industry wants more than signals going forward.
