A joint venture between Vornado Realty Trust and a trust for former President Donald Trump, after failing to get an offer it liked for its office campus at 555 California St. in San Francisco last year, lined up a $1.2 billion refinancing for the property that's home to one of the city's tallest buildings and a popular filming location for blockbuster movies.
