L&G puts Virgin’s Manc HQ on the block

Legal & General has brought Virgin Media’s building on Concord Business Park in South Manchester to market for close to £20m, after recently re-gearing the telecommunication provider’s lease, CoStar News can reveal.

L&G has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to seek offers of £19.2m for Virgin Media House, which reflects a net initial yield of 8.5%. According to market sources, the asset has already generated significant interest from both UK and overseas investors.
