Fortis/Signature buy prime Liverpool offices for resi conversion

Fortis Developments and Signature Living have bought Silkhouse Court, prominent offices in Liverpool city centre, for £5.5m from Chantry Co Investments c/o Commercial Estates Group (CEG) for conversion into residential.
