Alphor Real Estate secures double letting at Heywoods Building

Alphor Real Estate has completed two lettings in the Heywoods Building on Brunswick Street in Liverpool to new tenant The Alchemist, which has taken 6,700 sq ft of leisure space and existing occupier Then Hospitality for its four-star hotel.

The Grade II listed Heywoods Building dates back to 1799 and was originally Martin’s Bank before conversion in 2009 to the Heywoods House Hotel and the infamous Noble House bar restaurant.
