Singapore's CDL makes 'Silicon Roundabout' splash

Singaporean investor City Developments Limited (CDL) has bought Development House in Shoreditch, which is earmarked for a 90,000 sq ft redevelopment, more than tripling the size of the existing building.

The six-storey 28,266 sq ft building, at 56-64 Leonard Street, was bought from the Ethical Property Company for £37.4m and is set to become one of Shoreditch’s most significant development opportunities.
