Aviva Investors in £74.5m Coventry student homes splash

Aviva Investors has bought the freehold of the forward-funded student accommodation building Godiva Place in Coventry from Regents Godiva for £74.5m in one of the largest deals to have completed so far in the wake of EU Referendum Brexit vote.
