Arden Cross Consortium, a group of four landowners including Birmingham City Council, the Packington Estate, Coleshill Estate, and Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, wants to deliver over 2.65m sq ft of commercial space on what must be considered one of the UK’s most significant development sites.
MIPIM 2016: £1bn Arden Cross development launched
A consortium of development partners announced at MIPIM today that it plans to bring forward a £1bn scheme, dubbed Arden Cross, on a 350 acre site which has been identified as the future location of the HS2 High Speed Rail Interchange Station.
