On a brisk day this week, Menkes Developments cut the ribbon for what it calls the "Park in Progress" at the Sugar Wharf development in downtown Toronto. Menkes worked with the City of Toronto and landscape architect O2 Planning and Design to create the park in what would otherwise have been underutilized space.
