Developers sought for Tottenham regeneration

Haringey Council is inviting developers to bid to become its partner on the 27-acre High Road West regeneration area near Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium.

The proposed High Road West scheme will deliver 1,400 new homes, 145 replacement social housing units and 46 shared equity homes; a minimum of 51,666 sq ft of retail space; upwards of 32,291 sq ft of leisure space; at least 10,763 sq ft of business space; a new library and learning centre, and improvements to the landscape and public realm, including a major new public link between an enhanced White Hart Lane Station and the redeveloped Tottenham Hotspur FC.
