Haywards Heath offices change hands

The Jaymar Property Group sold a 30,000 sq ft office building leased to Lloyds Bank at 31 - 33 Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath, Sussex, to a private charitable trust for £6.35m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.16%.
