M7 completes c£130m Omega buy with Barclays’ loan

M7 Real Estate has completed the acquisition of the 26-strong Omega portfolio from Goldman Sachs for circa £130m, after securing a senior loan facility from Barclays Bank.

Barclays has provided senior debt with an LTV of 60% for the 1.6m sq ft portfolio, which is 81% let to 149 tenants, including Government bodies, B&Q, Lloyds Bank and Thorntons Law, with a WAULT of 4.33 years.
