Investment in San Diego’s logistics, distribution and flex properties has been on fire in 2019. On the back of booming rent growth, investors have poured more than $1.4 billion into San Diego industrial assets through the third quarter of 2019. That is ahead of last year’s pace, which established an all-time high for industrial sales volume in San Diego.
