Ryan Phillips has joined Cushman & Wakefield, returning to the firm where he began his real estate career after a six-year stint at CBRE.
Phillips will be based in the brokerage’s Boca Raton, Florida, office and serve as a senior director. In his new role, he will focus on office tenant representation throughout South Florida as a member of the firm’s tenant advisory group.
The new senior director brings 17 years of experience to the role and has worked on over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions nationwide. He is relocating from Los Angeles, where he previously worked as a vice president at CBRE.
“I’m excited to rejoin Cushman & Wakefield, where my brokerage career began, and contribute to our expansion in Palm Beach County and South Florida,” Phillips said in a statement. “This booming market presents incredible opportunities for tenants.”
South Florida has emerged as one of the most dynamic office markets in the nation, Cushman & Wakefield said. The region has seen dozens of new companies — many in the legal, finance, tech and professional services industries — expand or relocate to Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach since 2020.
“Ryan’s leadership and expertise will be instrumental as we expand our advisory services in Palm Beach County and beyond,” Joseph Caridi, South Florida managing principal for Cushman & Wakefield, said in the statement.
Throughout his career, Phillips has represented clients in industries including finance, technology, law, entertainment and government.
Cushman & Wakefield's Boca Raton office is located at 225 NE Mizner Blvd.
