BPG buys Brum office for resi scheme

Birmingham Properties Group has acquired Galbraith House in Birmingham from Dunedin Property, with the developer launching plans for a residential conversion of the prominent city centre office block.

BPG plans to convert the 25,000 sq ft of offices into 19 apartments under permitted development, with work at the seven storey building due to commence in the coming weeks.
