An industrial building upgraded by a paintball entrepreneur to expand his projectile gel-cap empire into a cannabis production facility is being repurposed to provide 900 self-storage spaces as Montreal-based real estate developer and investor Broccolini looks to tap the growing demand for self-storage in urban centers.
