The firm is thought to have whittled its search down to Aerium's Herbal House in Clerkenwell; Chesham Capital’s 77,500 sq ft Sutton Yard, also in Clerkenwell, EC1; and Aberdeen Asset Management’s Cusitor Building at 35 Chancery Lane, WC2.
