CBRE has been helping AOL scour the London market specifically fringe West End and City locations to look for around 70,000 sq ft of office space. The firm is thought to have whittled its search down to Aerium's Herbal House in Clerkenwell; Chesham Capital’s 77,500 sq ft Sutton Yard, also in Clerkenwell, EC1; and Aberdeen Asset Management’s Cusitor Building at 35 Chancery Lane, WC2.
