Rio Ferdinand teams up with Aviva to build 1,000 homes in Bedfordshire

Former England football captain Rio Ferdinand’s new development firm, along with funding partner Aviva Investors, has announced it will build over 1,000 new homes on a 22 hectare site in Bedfordshire.

The recently launched Legacy will work in partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council to bring forward a mixed-use development on a site owned by the council in Houghton Regis.
