One of Tampa’s largest law firms will occupy 33,175 square feet of space on the top two floors of Rivergate Tower beginning in October of this year. The major office lease involves approximately 68 employees, including 42 attorneys. The law firm will be relocating from its longtime location 911 Chestnut St. where it has been located for 45 years.
