Medipower, a full service investment firm specializing in retail real estate, has purchased the grocery-anchored Crossroads Plaza in Lumberton, New Jersey, from a partnership between Madison International Realty and SITE Centers Corp., a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust, for $25 million, or about $251 per square foot.
