Cushman & Wakefield and RX London Picked on Rejig of Former Colliers London HQ

Cushman & Wakefield and RX London have been appointed as office leasing agents at 50 George Street, until recently Colliers' European headquarters in London, which is being upgraded with practical completion expected at the end of 2024.
 
Construction has begun on the renovation and repositioning of 50 George Street, a 34,000 square courtyard building, four-storey building, just off of Baker Street in the heart of Marylebone.
