Zeynep Peker Prakatur

Prakatur has been promoted at Raffles Hotels & Resorts to the position of area commercial director, a role that sees her provide management guidance to four Middle East hotels: the 77-room Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain; the Raffles Jeddah (opening later this year); the Raffles The Red Sea (also opening later this year); and the 359-room Raffles The Palm, Dubai, where most recently she has been commercial director. A veteran of the region, she also has worked at hotels such as Dubai’s 95-room One&Only The Palm and One&Only Royal Mirage.

Alexis Boudrand

Boudrand has been appointed director of development, Europe and Americas, at Thai hotel firm Minor Hotels. His previous role was as director of development, France, at Pierre & Vacances, a firm specializing in the rental of premium villas and apartments and self-catering vacation residences. Other roles have been at Yotel, CBRE and JLL.

Luc Delafosse

Delafosse has been named as managing director of the 200-room Peninsula Paris. His career has seen him work in Beverly Hills, Dubai, London, Monaco, Paris and Riyadh at such hotels as the 35-room Ritz London; 124-room Hôtel de Crillon, a Rosewood Hotel, Paris; 197-room Jumeirah Burj Al Arab Dubai, and 325-room Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh.

Laurent Choain

Choain has joined Accor as its new global chief people and culture officer, and he also has been given a seat on the French firm’s group management board and the premium, midscale and economy executive committee. For the last 16 or so years, Choain has had various roles on human resources, education and culture at Forvis Mazars Group, and he remains as chairman of the international advisory board at the Bologna Business School in Italy.

Neetu Mistry

Mistry has been appointed managing director, U.K. and Ireland, at IHG Hotels & Resorts, a position with responsibility for more than 400 open and pipeline hotels across 11 brands. For the last nearly seven years, she has been chief commercial officer at Cycas Hospitality, and she also has had roles at Splendid Hotel Group and RBH Hotels.

Guido Beddig

Beddig has accepted the role of managing director and head of asset management, Europe, at Frankfurt-based Principal Asset Management. He has had a number of managing director roles at firms specializing in capital, including at Corestate Capital Advisors and Kintyre.

Aya Hanova

Hanova has been tapped as chief operating officer at Paris-based luxury hotel firm Evok Collection. Her distinguished career has seen her working as managing director and general manager at Arev Collection and Airelles and at such hotels as the 101-room Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet’s Paris; 149-room Le Royal Monceau Raffles, and 243-room Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris.

Alistair Campbell

Campbell is the new general manager at the 285-room DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly. He arrives from the other side of the South Pennines mountain range, having been the general manager of 232-room The Queens Hotel, Leeds, an independent. He also has worked for branded-hotel chains such as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Apex International.

Ed Fitch

Fitch has joined business advisory Christie & Co as senior director in its hotels team. He arrives after more than eight years at another advisory, Cushman & Wakefield, where he was head of hospitality, U.K. and Ireland.

Henri Michel

Has been named as the new general manager of the192-room Paris Marriott Champs-Elysées Hotel. He has worked at Marriott International for the last quarter of a century in operational roles in front of house, F&B, sales and leadership, and he has worked at notable hotels such as the 122-room Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel, his last role, and 249-room Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon.
