Goddard Development Partners, a New York-based property investment firm, sold the grocery retail building at 72 Pullman St. in Worcester, Massachusetts, to Exchange Right Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of Pasadena, California-based JRW Investments, for $26,021,000, or $400.29 per square foot. The buyer specializes in helping investor clients complete 1031 and 1033 exchanges to maximize the deferral of taxes, and provides clients with access to a selection of available properties and exclusive private equity offerings.
