AXA IM buys France’s tallest building for approximately €800m

AXA Investment Managers Real Assets has exchanged contracts to buy the Tour First office tower, France’s tallest building, from Beacon Capital Partners for a price believed to be around €800m via a share deal.

The purchase, on behalf of a club of investors together with Assurances du Crédit Mutuel, will be managed by AXA IM - Real Assets.
