KF: Positive occupier story driving Brum after Q3 blip

The disappointing Q3 office take up figures witnessed in Birmingham – it fell more than any of the other top ten regional cities – is a road-bump rather than a discernible trend, reports Knight Frank.

According to Knight Frank’s latest ‘Regional Offices Market Report’, the Midlands city saw an 82% drop in total space let compared to Q2, transacting just 90,779 sq ft between July-September this year.
