Today, we all shop differently. And what’s more we change our minds about how we like to shop based on who we’re with, what we’re shopping for and even the time of day. With power shifting firmly into the hands of the consumer, the role of the physical and virtual retailer becomes even more important. It’s a topic often discussed, and will be a focus of this year’s MAPIC where, importantly, the experiences from different markets can be examined and shared.
