Southwark set to agree heads of terms document for BL's giant Canada Water plans

Southwark council’s Cabinet will convene tomorrow evening to agree a heads of terms document for a development agreement with British Land that will see a major 5.5m sq ft new town centre regeneration of Canada Water in London.

The agreement covers three main sites: the former Print Works (PW), the Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (SQSC) and the Mast Leisure Centre (MLC).
