CBRE GI in for Colchester's Lion Walk

CBRE Global Investors is set to buy the Lion Walk shopping centre in Colchester from Ares for circa £77m, CoStar News understands.

Market sources this week said CBRE GI had entered talks to buy the 261,144 sq ft mall which was built in 1977 and is anchored by Boots, Marks & Spencer, Topshop/Topman, and WH Smith and located in the centre of Colchester.
