Sinarmas completes £259.3m City buy

Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed property group Sinarmas Land Limited has completed its acquisition of the Alphabeta Building for £259.3m, marking the largest single-asset acquisition for the group.

Alphabeta, which was sold by Resolution Property and has a dedicated entrance ramp that allows cyclists to ride directly into the building straight off the street, is fully leased to tenants including SEI, Open Table and Barry’s Bootcamp over a net leasable area of 247,670 sq ft.
